Tiger Eyes was one of the umpteen novels I grew up reading.

I didn't know a movie on it has come out until recently.

As the screenplay was written by the inimitable novelist herself, Judy Blume, the movie has brought out the essence of the story, just as how I imagined it in my mind while reading the book as a teenager.

Willa Holland is beautiful as Tiger and Tatanka Means is sure hunky!

A lovely treat I'd recommend to mothers and daughters.
