There's a much better, wildly humourous dark-black comedy somewhere in the depths of this picture. However, all we get it a faint glimpse of the picture this could of been. What we get is a sub-standard, cliche-ridden dramedy that is just on par with what a normal, boring teen film could be like.
With some great leads and an interesting premise, this is a standard picture that could have been so much better.
