Reflecting dark side of human beings and how people judging others with their twisted values. Good story, worth to watch! It should be an award winning movie!
Those rich people live in the Zone didn't trust the police and voted for their own rules to hunt that broke-in theif. They condemned him as a murderer and beat him to death, but he's only a 16 years old kid who commited stealing! A police officer was eager to find out the truth beneath but he was prohibited from the case when his boss exchanged the freedom of investigation for the "Zone" with a large amount of donation. A rich 16 years old kid wanted to save that kid but eventually failed, he and another family who were sick of the Zone left there finally. Richness can change the concept of right or wrong.
