I've been lucky enough to see this film, and found it thoroughly engaging. It's a beautifully shot film and a true story. It raises all kinds of thought-provoking questions about whales and people, particularily where society and nature come in contact with each other.
Take your kids (probably 8 years old and up, it's a documentary after all). This is an intelligent film that will engage them in healthy debate over pizza after the show.
