It's hard to see how this Oscar-winning documentary could have been anything but complimentary toward fallen SF Supervisor Harvey Milk and Mayor George Moscone. The movie shows how charismatic and sharp Milk stood up for gay rights, among other issues, in a time when it wasn't popular to do so.
A still-relevant story about people putting their necks on the line for the common good.
