Review of The Tender Hook (2008) by Kathryn S — 10 Dec 2009
Like the voice (V) and professional acting of Hugo, talented actor! the movie is completely set in the 1930s or so and they combine scenes in a rather peculier way with old authentic fragments, interresting though.
Also there is an obsessive attention drawn towards the giant Rolls Royce which looks like a limousine-version of the Phantom I. Plot is good, a bit evident but shown in a great way,its about boxing but really about the liberation from Mac.
every role gets some extra attention. special boxing movie, great for jazz-lovers!
