I haven't seen much from the Edgarton brothers, but I know that they've rocked Australia's film industry hard with their films. This one is NO exception. I wasn't even aware that this was an Australian film until I put it in the DVD player! I was met with a story of love, romance, guilt and murder all set on a real backdrop. Even down to the last scene, I was surprised and shocked with the way it ended and the brutality of it all.
The Edgerton's better bring more raw and gritty drama like this, because I've got a raging taste for it!
