Review of The Shout (1978) by Michael M — 24 Nov 2006
Yay, they finally added one of my favorite movies to the Flixster database....this is such an interesting idea: Crossley (Alan Bates) is a shows up at the church that (Anthony Fielding) John Hurt plays organ at on Sundays.
Crossley insinuates himself on Fielding and his wife (Susannah York) with Aboriginal magic. It's really well done & the shout is itself is very well done. Very much worth seeing this one.
