Review of The Sand (2015) by Barbara M — 11 Nov 2016
It's about flesh eating sand; sand that kills people. Like, literally. The Sand (aka Killer Beach) starts off as a so-bad-it's-good kind of movie, providing plenty of laughs about these idiot's predicament, being surrounded by killer sand (it's funnier each time you say it).
And the sand alien was pretty good at first, as the little worm like strands that instantaneously attack human flesh. But the idea grew tiresome and the graphics absurd towards the end when the tiny strands become enormous, monstrous tentacles of sorts.
Worth a good laugh, just goes out poorly.
