Review of The Producers (1968) by Jake M — 23 Dec 2007
Mel Brooks' first film and a classic. Don't expect The Producers to be as outrageous as Blazing Saddles but that doesn't make this movie any less. Zero Mostel and Gene Wilder are genious in there roles of the now legendary Bialystock and Bloom.
This movie caintains some of the best characters Mel Brooks has ever written. Far superior to the 2005 musical.
