The peeping is an explotation film. Not surprising it gets such low ratings for boring political crap, it really isn't an exciting or that good of a film. Reason I really liked it is due all to Daniel Wu's sexiness.
(laugh) I just love watching him watch others. It's like my own Peep Show. Funny.
