This movie is titled "The Parisian Bitch" in English (well, that's what Air France called it. Although some of the film is in French, most of it is in English, and the French bits have subtitles.
The film is shot with hidden cameras, and only the lead actress, Camille Cottin, knows they are there. It's similar in attitude to Borat and Bruno in that the main idea is to generate disgusted reactions from unsuspecting stooges. The theme is that a French woman wants to live the high life without having to work, so travels to England to persuade Prince Harry to marry her. She is genuinely (it seems) arrested twice during the filming.
I saw this on an aeroplane, and had to suffer the glares of fellow passengers because I was laughing so much.
