As someone who's experienced sleep paralysis, I was excited to watch this but was not expecting to see some many similarities with other peoples experiences compared to my own. It was comforting knowing that I'm not alone.
I have since started a page on Facebook, Sleep Paralysis and the Open Door if anyone is interested in exploring the topic.
