I was absolutely dumbfounded to discover that Crisp's books were never translated into Italian. I am considering writing to publishing houses. This film also never made it to this country's screens.
Dazzling, if perhaps a bit rushed, in their attempt to compress the whole complex and rambling book in two hours.
