Review of The Mad Monster (1942) by Robert B — 25 Jan 2010
A film made to capitalize on Universal's popular 30's-40's monster movie franchise: namely the Wolfman! This Hyde & Jeckell/ werewolf film actually has decent effects all things considered.
the story is absurd but the film makers make attempts at some above average efx like the opening scene where the insane mad scientist is talking to a room full of imagenary scientists who have tormented him in the past.
