A vastly underrated film. One of my favorite of DeNiro's work. The story line is a little hard to follow, however this is due to the fact that the book is based off of F. Scott Fitzgerald's last book that he never finished.
After reading the book and seeing the film, they are quite faithful to each other. I really enjoy the heavy use of cameo's. An interesting take on the story of Irving "the boy wonder" Thalberg.
