If you're terrified of sadistic clowns: FLEE. If you're up for an twisted, violent, surreal, Spanish-subtitled, epic and completely over-the-top melodrama: SEE THIS. The tale of a happy clown & a sad clown, and their love for the trapeze performer.
Like I said, it's muffed-up & twisted, but you can't take your eyes off it.. Except during the muffed-up stuff.
