Randy Webster was a pretty normal teen. He liked talking trucker lingo with random drivers on the cb, listening to April Wine and couldn't seem to please his father. Randy ended up being shot by police in Houston at 17 in February 1977 after stealing a van.
Long battle ensues from Randy's dad to uncover the truth about police actions in his son's unnecessary death. I barely recognized Sean Penn in a pre-Fast Times role, did recognize Jennifer Jason Leigh.
