This was a very interesting movie to watch that takes the watcher through the eyes and mind of the killer who killed John Lennon. Mark is a deranged psycho path who believes his life is related to the book, "The Catcher in the rye".
It is very ironic that he killed him because he wanted to become someone, and they made a film about him killing John Lennon.
