Review of The Horseman (2008) by Pete S — 05 Oct 2011
Father finds his daughter has died of a drug overdose and left on the street of an industrial area of Brisbane. He then gets sent a tape of a porno involving his daughter which has been filmed before her death.
He then sets out on a revenge fuelled violent spree on those involved. It is way out there in it's depiction of a man on the edge with nothing to lose as his defense of himself in tight situations causes disbelief as he turns into a fighting champion.
Very brutal but actually a very well made film with some tense scenes and good acting for the budget involved.
