Review of The Hornet's Nest (2014) by Nathan D — 28 Apr 2014
Incredibly touching coverage of what our guys in Afghanistan go through. This film does a great job of relaying the high highs and the lowest lows that are staples to deployed military life. Mike and Carlos literally were filming while they and the men they were embedded with were being shot at, and this film captures those intense, raw moments perfectly.
.. But it also does a superb job of intertwining the extreme emotions of the various situations these men would find themselves in. Overall, a MUST see... This film will truly give you a better feel for what's been happening on the other side of the world over the past thirteen years.
