Shot in Winnipeg, this fell a little flat in the end, which I attribute to a lackluster Billy Zane and ho hum direction. It should have been a fun, fast-paced double-cross movie, but instead, felt like a series of slow scenes added together.
Decent, not terrible, but not exactly great either.
