Review of The Gore Gore Girls (1972) by Carlos I — 29 Jul 2017
A gory, campy good time with several ridiculous moments. It's about as close to a giallo as HG Lewis ever got, and it's a shame he stopped his output after this, as it's one of his best and it showed he was growing as a filmmaker.
The over-the-top, goofy humor helps offset the extreme gore, that is not often matched, even now in its gruesome nature.
