Review of The Goob (2014) by Lee M — 06 Mar 2016
Fairly decent coming of age British drama with a cast of mostly unknowns , with the exception of Sean Harris who always offers a decent performance and a sinister presence to his movie choices. The film is given quite a claustrophobic feel due to the presence of Harris who throughout gives the viewer a sense of foreboding.
However, his character didn't quite develop the way I was expecting, which is good because I always like a story to surprise me. It concluded well but not quite the ending I was hoping for,.
