Wow. I guarantee this is the only film you'll ever see where a clone of George W. Bush's finger has sex with a call girl. Yup. It's also got some absurdly copious amount of female nudity, projectile ejaculations (including one POV facial!) and a heroine that walks around with a bullet hole in her head and eats books.
It's original to say the least and plays like some amalgamation of equal parts political era Godard, Russ Meyers sexploitation flicks and some good ol' Miike shock value. It doesn't always succeed and it can get quite tedious towards the end but I can't say I know of anything else remotely like it.
