I wanted to like this, but it simply didn't do this for me - and it was so promising. The concept is interesting, the style is appealing and the protagonist is a nice change from the usual in horror (she is not a victim by any means!) however something really went wrong - it somehow has turned into more of a young adult angst movie with some gore scenes inbetween.

There is no real suspense and there are no real scares - it is either too predictable, or simply not frightening in any way. I will say I did like that this is the only movie that I've seen where the person being targeted is like "f this, I'm leaving town, I'm not dumb".

But still - it swings and misses. And there were so many interesting themes. I really wanted this to be better.
