A strikingly candid review of Shin Bet's (Israeli Secret Service) activities over the last three decades. Former directors share their thoughts and their deep distrust of politicians. Clearly seeing what needs to be done to resolve a situation, they are all too frequently prevented from doing their job by the executive branch or the Knesset.
Bottom line: a lesson in political science.
