Review of The Front Line (2011) by Dan T — 07 May 2012
The Front Line is a great Korean war movie. To me, it seemed like a mix of Joint Security Area and Tae Guk Gi.
What I feel turns this away from being an incredible movie was its first section. It had really slow start and it was quite confusing.
However the amazing performances, characters and one hell of an ending made up for it. It's really worth checking out, especially the bluray(amazing sound and picture).
Tae Guk Gi is my favorite movie ever made, and I didn't feel that this was close to it.
