An interesting, if sometimes drawn out look at the Los Angeles hardcore punk scene of the late 70s and early 80s. For fans of the period it offers an insight into the world rarely seen or understood by outsiders.
The interviews are funny, awkward and sometimes offensive and the live footage is intriguing for those of us who weren't there, though the poor quality makes us feel more like observers than participants.
For non-fans it will probably drag on and become tiresome.
