Review of The Death and Life of Nancy Eaton (2003) by Jo Y — 16 Dec 2006
I enjoyed this film, and well learned a bit of the stuff behind the murder of one of the most successful Canadian department store's heiress. Wow that was a mouthful. Again this was a late late late night tv flick, but I feel it was not given the respect it deserves.
The story although based on actual facts was good and the interaction between the cast great. The acting was really good, but alas this is a Canadian film and we all know what happens with Canadian films in the market.
Although sometimes they destroy that market but a film of this caliber would not be given that chance. But, on an off chance you are in a video store and see this title then pick it up. It made me go on the net and look up any information about it.
It is too bad she died this way though. rest in peace Nancy Eaton.
