This Crow rip-off is apparently based off a comic series that absolutly no one has heard of. Everyone does a less then average job at acting except Wilmer Valderrama who is the only good actor in this flick.

Also, there is absolutly no fight scenes until the very end and its one really shitty fight. Although the old hag chick was kinda freaky-looking, the special effects all around were real shitty. The Crow rip-off make-up was pretty cool though and with some slight changes, this could have easily passed as a 5th Crow movie instead of a crappy rip-off.

There was potential here, but unfortunately it was almost all completely wasted.
