Ever since I have watched this movie it has been my favorite movie of all time its well writen and for its time I think its a great. The characters are great and the plot tell a story of what could happen in real life 10 out of 10 The main plot is about a boy that feels that he is un needed at home so he decides to live it big and got to New York.
When he arives he almost got into a big mess with some people then he joins a group called the Lepards he gets into selling drugs. While this story goes on there's another plot about another child called Louise , he gets into the same group.
The child that runs away Eric , he dosent know it but his mother is in New York trying to find him and she gets som help from a girl named Debbie. Eric and Louise have got into a group and after a while the leader otis starts getting more aggressive.
Then at the end Eric re connects with his mother and at the end you find out that Debbie works the streets.
