Review of The Bodyguard (1973) by Anonymous User — 19 Jun 2008
Not good, but definitely worth watching as a piece of history. It opens with the Ezekiel 25:17 speech from Pulp Fiction, followed by a retarded introduction added by American distributors, then launches into the movie, which stars martial arts legend, Sonny Chiba.
The story is pretty lame. There's some cool cinematography, but it obscures a lot of the action. Fails as a movie on its own, but as a piece of film history, see it.
