This movie works as a "so bad, its good" type of movie. The make-up and effects were very sub-par, and the acting from the twin girls was nothing to write home about. Although, it was interesting seeing Richard Tyson and Robert Patrick acting again.
And some of the others acted well, too (the blond girl, the Lou Diamond Phillips clone, etc).
