Review of The Barrens (2012) by Bryan P — 05 Apr 2013

The Barrens sees a family go camping. The daughter doesn't want to go as she doesn't like the new step mother and the son doesn't as the family dog has gone missing. As soon as they arrive they see a dead animal with its guts hanging out.

Once in camp the father seems very jumpy and doesn't help when a tale about a jersey devil is made up by the fellow campers. Soon they realize something else is in the Forrest. Supposed to be a horror but all you see is guts hanging out .

Very poor film which is pretty boring.
