The film has a nice look and tries very hard to capture a time and a noirish tone, but the acting and the overly complicated and inscrutable plot are sub-par. Nice to see Robert Vaughn and Harris Yulin though.
They create memorable characters in their short scenes. No one else in this film comes close.
