Review of Tell Them Who You Are (2004) by Ben W — 28 Feb 2007
Tell Them Who You Are is a documentary based on the cinematographer Haskell Wexler, his son, Mark Wexler is the director of this documentary on his father. The documentary is also a portrait of Haskell Wexler and features interviews from Jane Fonda, Milos Forman, Julia Roberts and Ron Howard.
The style of teh documentary has unusual elements to it but it does start to drag and you want a variety of styles. I found the interaction between son and father became annoying but it was one of the focus points of the film.
One-watcher.
