Four stars for nostalgia. I was only six at the time, but the scene looking up from the cravasse of the steppess when the horses jumped over was the coolest thing I had ever seen. Admittedly I hadn't see much by then.
But I did cry at the end. You might too, if you can get past the opening narrative from the voice of the Rocky & Bullwinkle show. For years I begged my wife and daughter to watch it; when we finally did, they laughed at me and walked out of the room.
