Review of Takeshis' (2005) by Zombie S — 14 Dec 2009

This film is bound to dissapoint all Takeshi fans, but that's pretty much what he intended to do. After his surprise hit in Amaerica with Zatoichi he (for reasons best known to himself) decided to kill off his own 'Takeshi' character and more on (or back).

It a difficult film to recommend but it does still deliver the goods in small pockets throughout the generally awkward experience.
