Review of Sugartime (1995) by John C — 29 Apr 2008
I saw this movie last night on bravo expecting it to be a good gangster Flick on par with Bugsy but was sorely disappointed since the film lacked much of a plot, The pacing was slow and felt like a tv movie of the week, the acting from the two leads john tuturro is bland and mary louise parker just looks pretty but is given nothing to do.
Not worth watching at all only if you like mary louise parker or to see John Tuturro but even being a fan of his work I thought it was one of his worst performances yet.
A better movie with john tuturro is clockers and Do the Right thing.
