"Suburra", translated as 'slum' or 'underworld' traverses the politics and crime bubbling just beneath the surface of Rome. Families collide, blood is shed, politicians are corrupted, deals are made and broken, all in an epic tale set in one of the world's most ancient cities.
As I watched, it was one of those movies that I never wanted to end. Definitely among the top of the genre in my books.
