Review of Street Thief (2006) by Malcolm M — 02 Jun 2012
A realistic pseudo-documentary that will leave you with questions about Casper Karr, crime and our society. It is amazing what they got done with such a small budget. The story is creative, it is original, it is fascinating.
And that is all they need. That and a camera. The only qualm to be had with the film is that it does not push the ideas to a second level and I believe the audience is almost brought there, yet they reach a typical ending.
