It's like watching one Power Ranger without a giant vehicle and even lamer enemies to fight. I think you have to be at the age of 6 or less to enjoy this. I expect it would make for a better kiddie aciton show than a movie, along the lines of Masked Rider or VR Troopers (which were cancelled pretty fast).
