So B. It is one of the best book-to-film adaptations I have seen. Sticking to the plot almost perfectly, the portrayals of the characters were convincing, down to the child best friend who had only a few lines.

I was disappointed to see that the disabled characters did not get more screen time, but the story did not shy away from unpleasant topics.
