Review of Snow Angels (2007) by *Belinda* C — 01 Feb 2009

This was the second best movie of 2008 behind Frost/Nixon. If this movie had been released later in the year, it would most definately be getting oscar nominations for Sam Rockwell and possibly best picture.

I have heard alot of people say this is a depressing film, and just because its depressing doesnt mean that its bad. Life as we all know can be very depressing, because so many things that shouldn't happen do happen.

This movie is brilliant. Sam Rockwell is one of the 5 best working actors today and gives the best performance of the year, yes, I said it, better then heath ledger in the dark knight, better then sean penn in milk, it is the best performance of the year.

Everyone needs to go out and see this movie, rent it, buy it, watch it over and over. Soak in the brilliance of this movie and let it be a documentary on how life can go wrong and many unexpected things can happen.

It really makes you appreciate what you have.
