What do you get when you combine car chase movies with the teen high school comedy? This piece of shit! One of the few films that can make car chases boring. It's from 1981, but looks like 1976. The DVD is so murky you can hardly see faces.
Just a real waste. Except that some of the car gags are actually really good, and the mash up is so bizarre, it keeps you watching.
