The story moves slow at times, but the poetry and lessons throughout the movie hit deep. Once Saul Williams unleashes his debut prison-yard slam "Amethyst Rock," you're hooked. You want more and Saul (aka Ray) gives it to you.
We're even treated with a special performance from international slam champion, Taylor Mali.
