The worst supposed-to-be-scary movie Ive ever seen!
But great laughs in it, if you start paying attention to detail: for instance notice the horse! -it changes color frequently (and dramatically from white to red to black back to red etc) also in midst of scenes. Of the Skeletons cape (apparently it has a whole wardrobe of different ones).
In that regard its worth the while, otherwise stay away, far away.
