This is a really sweet and subtle comedy about a Jewish boy who is so desperate that his Bar Mitzvah is not ruined, that he hopes that England get knocked out of the World Cup so that their big day does not clash with his.
It was great seeing footage of England's 1966 campaign and I could really identify with the boy's feelings.
