Review of Shor (1972) by Pavandeep S — 08 Apr 2008

A heart-warming drama exploring the relationship of a father and his desire to hear his son's voice. It was fascinating to see the immense impact of dramatization in this film, extremely well-known in Hindi cinema.

This family drama really pulls your bone and it has a very strange effect in that it is a melodrama without any form of hope in the end, it is really grim and shows the devastating effects of sacrifice and love, and yet shows its immense influence among mankind.
